2 days now without internet and a 88 people line wait on there call center. No help from the internet service provider. I own a large internet cafe' and i have been turning my clients away for no internet. I still need to pay rent an salaries. Afrihost is closing down my business. They blatantly told me to go to there competition because they are down and don't know when they will be up. I think this is disgusting and unacceptable.
Avoid Afrihost at all cost. They don't care about their clients and could not care less. I recommend any other service provider other than afrihost. A manager or Supervisor do not contact you back and i refuse to hold for hours again and promise all but don't deliver - I now understand the phrase "Talk is cheap"
