Signed up for a 10mpbs Uncapped unshaped BUSINESS Premium account.
That was 3 days ago. So far i have had to use my webafrica account to send emails to [Email Removed] to ask why the internet never works with their bandwidth details loaded.
After numerous 20 plus minute waits on the phone, i have been told its Telkoms fault. The fact that when i switch the details over to my Webafrica account everything works perfectly doesnt seem to bother anyone at Afrihost and they still just blame telkom.
It - for once - isnt telkom! Its Afrihost.
I have tried to speak to a supervisor every time i have called through. The supervisors are always "in a meeting". So is the General manager. So are the Directors. The only people you can speak to are the front line whose job it is to blame telkom.
Do yourself a favour and do not even consider Afrihost as your internet provider.
