I have been charged for internet for 3 months when i have not received anything i have paid for! I have been shunted around from person to person spent more than 12 collective hours on hold to either afrihost or telkom and still i do not have the internet that i have paid for! I have been promised a call back on 3 different occasions and never been called back! I have spoken to a manager to help for nothing as nobody actually solves my problem! Afrihost is a faceless company as you can never actually receive personal help! I am writing this on my mobile using cellc internet do not use these people they are shocking!!! Customer service as well as service delivery is terrible!
