I have no Internet from Sunday morning. Called Telkom, explained the issue, asked for urgent feedback, got none. Needed internet to play in an online competition named Telkom Insta-Clash Dota2 Competition, had to forfeit our game. Fell out of the competition due to Telkoms problems and lack of communication. Explained to the consultant that i needed to play at 8 pm Sunday and needed feedback from them, I didn't even get a phone call. I tried to call them but couldn't get thru to anybody, which seems like it's always the case. Holding on for 20-30 minutes to speak to somebody at Telkom is normal, what a joke! Continued calling them (from my cellphone which costed me quite a few rands because my telephone line is also dead!!!), but at 20:01 they were not open anymore, how convenient! I'm stuck with their problems but can't contact them for help, what a company! Wish I could get an adsl line with someone else that sees me as the client as important! Always get the worst service but are forced to use them for high speed internet. I would be embarrassed if I gave clients who pay their bills this kind of service. a Simple courtesy call can mean a lot to a client.
