Please have a Call Centre Agent to pick up the phone and assist me when I'm phoning the Afrihost Call Centre after 17:00, when I'm at home and having an Internet Issue.
I'm a new Afrihost client, and had a few issues with my Internet connection. First Thing: You can NOT get hold of an Afrihost Call Centre Agent. They keep you holding for ever. Second Thing: You can send then an SMS - The Word Help to 32541. They will then phone you back 14 - 24 hours later.By that time, I'm no longer at my Internet Router.
