Sweet and short:
I joined Afrihost on the 6/16/11 with their uncapped service - By far this company consumer quality was better than their competition.
For the last 3 months I have phoned Afrihost 2 times I have send several emails to Afrhost requesting assistance regarding why my downloads is getting worse and worse and also my streaming from YouTube, my Steam account is suffering to update my games, my online gaming is getting slower.
Only getting a reply from Afrihost what you can easily say they opened a "Word document" they copy and paste the "template reply to any customer quiry" and expect it should sefice.
I cancelled my account this morning with them when trying to do a ADSLSPEEDTEST - it kept on bombing out due to my internet connection speed - I send Afrihost a print screen in my last email asking them to help me on my account and up to date no real help except for the: "copy and paste the "template" and the most worst reply of them all from Afrihost was: please read the T&C agreement
I work also in the Computer industry: I have easily recommend on a monthly basis recommended 4 to 6 customers to Afrihost what is our companies customers - this comes to stop now.
