In the past month my DSL has gone offline 4 times each time Axxess says they having a problem with their Aurth service. One would think after the first issue instead of just fixing the problem they would look into what's causing the problem and resolve it. This time it's been down for two days. I can't get a hold of them on their support number as it says its busy and hangs up. I've logged a number of calls and none have been answered. In fact you lucky if you can sign into their online support as that was down the whole of yesterday.
I am sick and tired of paying for a service they clearly can't supply. What's worse if you even a day late in your payment they suspend your account but they clearly don't care if they aren't providing you with the service you are paying fo
