Hi Guys
I wanna complain about he terrible service from Cell C when u take out one of their Blackberry contracts with the BIS option included. Since doing this for me and my wife, our accounts have bee very high every month. The promised us that stuff like Facebook and twitter is free as well as just normal browsing. But it's NOT.We get charged internet usage during the times we don't even use our cell phones. Even when I left my phone off for two days, when I switched it on, I had internet usage added to my account and the call centre can't give me any answers. I am sick and tired of this now and I also wanna know what I must do to cancel these contract without paying the ridicoulus high cancelation rates. Me as the consumer have no rights at all and the network like Cell C can do what they want to!
