TOP UP CONTRACT TO PREPAID

Cancelled my contract on 26/03/13 because I can no longer afford it and I was assured that the process was immediate and that on the 30th I'd have to remove my sim card for 24hrs then put it back to complete the process from contract to prepaid. Today my account has been debited. WHY? and Ive called the contact centre, theyre not helping. I WANT THIS CANCELLED AS I CAN NO LONGER AFFORD IT. I DONT WANT YOUR AIRTIME YOU CAN TAKE IT BACK.
