On the 4 of September I received a call from Summer Mobile offering me a Top up contract with MTN, I agreed to take up the contract. On the 6th of Septemebr I recieved 3 sms from MTN that my roaming services has been successfully added (which I had not applied for). I no longer had internet services on my fone as from the 6, and MTN had recently deducted the airtime for this month's BIS, Monday the 9th I called Summer Mobile & cancelled the contract after having called the courier company cancelling the delivery of the handsets. I was told that the contract would be cancelled as soon as MTN received the fone from the courier company and be migrated back to prepaid. I called Summer mobile two more times (11 & 13), spoke to a Jacques & Mildred and they said the contract will be cancelled. On Saturday the 14 I received an sms from MTN that my fone had been loaded with airtime, called MTN asking them to reverse the airtime as I had cancelled the contract. As from the 16th, my number has not been working (Sim not provided) the airtime that I had is no longer available and I'm out of touch, both companies said I would be sorted by today & I'm still waiting with no active cellfone
