I was in the process of converting from a MTN Top-up 350 contract to prepaid and have now lost approximately R 1040.00 worth of airtime as my contract was transferred to prepaid. I was not informed that one would lose your airtime balance should you move to prepaid. Also Autopage informed me that my contract would only be moved on the 14th of Dec 2013. Call centre reference number: 3030534.
This is extremely bad service and I would like to have my airtime back.
