On the 19th I took out a S4 on contract with Vodacom in Alberton city. I converted from prepaid to contract and my account was debitted within 24 hours. Today is the 28th of November and no airtime, sms bundle or data has been made available. I have phoned Vodacom on a daily basis with no joy being transferd from department to department. According to them the contract is active how come my phone says stil prepaid when dialing *111#. Technical error S3-T6A28-8EQJ7 I am so sick of Vodacom and the pathetic service I am no longer interested in ther phone or contract.
