We are having problems since last week to solve problems with the Samsung phone issued on a new contract.
The initial phone's battery lasted less than 12 hours after charging. The replacement phone does not receive calls and no calls can be made continuously.
The rude behaviour of staff is unacceptable. If the phone is not doing what it is suppose to do - it is not MTN but the manufacturer's problem. MTN serves as intermediary and should always ensure a high level of customer service.
There will be no cancellation charges paid for this contract as it is not our problem that the phones are not operative. Please cancel this agreement to ensure we can take out a contract where there is proper customer service by employees that care about customers.
