Faulty Samsung phone yet again

As a Samsung customer for over 8 years now, I had previous problems with my Samsung phone and can only compliment Samsung who helped me wonderfully. However I again are experiencing tremendous problems, I have also noticed that the specific model is not even on Samsung list? - . Samsung GT-B5330. The phone I got is a Samsung GT-B5330 (Vodacom contract) its a little over a year old and I have extremely frustrating problem with the Edge/mobile data and having signal. It goes off and on whenever. In the mornings for instance when I get busy at the practise after a while I notice no calls, sms or whats app messages. I have to switch of the phone and take out the battery, insert and switch on again. Then all the missed calls and messages appear. This I need to do sometimes between three to five time a day. Unacceptable. Especially when I have emergency calls, not only is it embarrassing but can be life threatening as patients cannot get hold of me. I have reported it to Samsung only to be told to take it in to a electronic company for assessment. I cannot as I live more than 100km from PTA. Time and without a phone? Come on Samsung, I need a better answer or than that. Ref 2118726240
