Phone problems on new contract

I took out a new contract with a Samsung Galaxy S3 Mini. Within the 1st week i had problemswith the phone calling 111 e few times and took it back to Clearwater where i signed the contract who told me that it was setting on the phone. Still the same problem with missed calls and not able to make calls intermittently. Eventually Lomarie Kelso told me to take the phone to the repair center at Cresta. After about 5 days i was advised that the phone is back at Cresta. I went there and insisted that the phone be replaced as i had not 1 day of proper working on the phone. I then called 111 again as Cresta told me they can not do it without head office permission. They gave me a ref number and promised that i will be called by advance call ceter.
