Firstly I would like to express my frustration with Cell C. I dont know whats worse between waiting for 53mins trying to get assistance from call centre agents or getting call centre agents who have absolutely no idea about the product they are dealing with. Or the sales agent that sells a product that doesnt work. I have received a modem 2 weeks ago but i'm still battling to get it to work. The thing doesnt even show that it has life at all. Ntombifuthi Dlamini assured me that there is network coverage in my area and I will have no problem with this modem, yet the thing doesnt even respond to me. Can I please have someone that can help. Please!!!
