It is now 3 months and I still have no phone. After my initial complaint I was suddenly swamped with calls and sms's and assurance of having my problem resolved. 1stly the departments did not speak to each other so I got confliction information. 1st response, my faulty phone was returned not exchanged. Still the same problems and then collected again a week later with the promise of a replacement since I reported it fautly within 7 days. That was on the 29th of April. Amazing, I have had my contract now for 3 months and no phone. Brilliant customer service cell c. CAN I PLEASE HAVE A PHONE OR CANCEL MY CONTRACT! Sick and tired of complaining and false promises.
