We have reported the Internet ADLS goes down every night at around 6pm
since 09 March - 3 weeks
it only goes down at night They have check it in the day - cleared the fault because its working
but they cannot understand that its a night problem . the Fault reporting just goes on and on
with promises that some body will call back and they don't respond at all this week
The original sent out a Technician on 2 separate days who confirmed that the problem is in the exchange.
Telkom don't care to fix this - I'm looking at option to cancel the ADLS and go elsewhere
How can they service the country's communication needs when they couldn't care less and they don't work 24/7
like other countries ITS A DISGRACE.
