It has been a month now. I've been directed from Telkom to my ISP and back to Telkom again at least 10 times. From about 18:00 at night my internet speeds drop exponentially. It is definitely not my ISP as they have done tests with my account and sent all the proof that my account is 100%. The fault is on Telkoms side. The exchange in our area is to congested and it is unacceptable. I'm not the only one in mt neighborhood experiencing this. I work the whole day and when I come home at night I want to use my internet that I pay for. I'm posting this complain because I know if I call them they will have some excuse and the person there will only be able to reset my port or offer to send a technician to my house where there is no problem. And then they will tell me it has to be my ISPs fault... It's time that Telkom starts giving the service that we all pay for. And it is not cheap prices that they make us pay as well. Please fix this!
