I complained a few weeks ago about Telkom. They got back to me, apologized and promised everything would be fine, and it was for a week or so. But for the last few weeks, my Internet and phone line goes down at around 6pm everyday. And only comes on around 9am in the mornings. If I'm extremely lucky, the signal might come on during the night, but the speed is to slow to connect to any website. Effectively it means I only have Internet during the day as, unlike Telkom I actually work during the day. And I refuse to phone their helpline using my cellphone since it takes almost 5 minutes to get through to a consultant, and after entering your telephone number, they ask you for your number again. Now really what must I do to get proper service from Telkom?
