Telkom line went down Friday night. Reported the line on Saturday morning, followed up every day thereafter, escalated and we are now Wednesday night without any telephone line and ADSL! To be in a telecommunications environment we need a telephone line. Perhaps the option is to change to Neotel. We have been promised a technician every day, which have failed to show up. THIS IS A DISGRACE!!!
