OVERCHARGED DATA ROAMING

Hello Peter, please assist:
My daugter and I went to Serbia for 10 days in 2012. While abroad, 8 Oct - 18 Oct 2012, MTN billed us for R73, 957-65 of Internet usage. More specific: R70, 822.71 for Internet usage on 14 Oct 2012, and R3, 134.94 over the remaining days. This is untrue. We definitely did not use the Internet to such an extreme account. According to the MTN 32 page URL report it was for Facebook photo uploads on 14 Oct 2012. This is also untrue. We only uploaded photo's once we got back to RSA, and this was done from our PC at home. We've questioned this with the MTN Ombudsman, but no reply to date. We told them that we're prepared to provide both Facebook login details to have it checked, as well as the Sim Card for 0832902096 and a backup of the iPhone 4s in question. We'll gladly provide it to Hello Peter as well.
Copies of MTN Itemised Billing, Invoice, URL report and all relevant correspondence also available.
The contact person at MTN's Ombudsman is Magash Reddy, 0832092676.
The contact person at MTN's Business Operations is Kagiso Kgakatsi, e-mail: [Email Removed]
Is there anything else we can do?
Kind regards
Mariette Bester
