Changed BIS plan with out my concern

Hi,
I bought a blackberry Z10 phone, and i did the sim swap for my lost phone last saturday. In half day i lost 125R air time only for internet, don't even make a single call.
After 10-15 calls to the call center (808 & 1555), they advised Z10 doesn't work with BIS. I requested them to change my plan to any other plan, which can give some internet on my Z10. They switch the current BIS plan to Absolute, and still i am unable to access internet. When i called the call center today, they confirmed that Z10 doesn't work even on absolute plan and i need to purchase the internet bundles. Then i requested to put me back to BIS, they they said they can't do that. Why did they changed my plan which can't work on Z10 & why they can't put me back to my original plan??
This seems to be day light. Why should i pay for their inefficient call center staff mistake?
I just want my BIS plan back on my SIM card or my Z10 should get internet with out any extra charge.
