The new service called Absolute BlackBerry seems to be a rip off. Its suggesting that most MTN users only use 200MB of the internet service provided by MTN. This is ridiculous, I do not have access to the internet via any other medium except my BlackBerry, and being a University Student I rely on my handset for quite a bit. Now not only is this change in the service plan an issue, there is not sufficient advertising available telling me how to activate this new service plan. I called the customer service and felt like I was being ignored for about 30 minutes as "all the consultants are currently busy" and my call was not answered. I spent 40 minutes on Google trying to find some piece of information which would provide me with instructions. I am appalled and really disappointed. Today MTN has lost another customer.
