I got an sms on 13 March that I "may" be eligible for upgrade, phoned in and was told NO I must wait untill month end. After I spoke to Becky @ Head Office he told me it can be earlier and will do it on the 23rd (7 days before date). I also then ordered a white phone. He promised to phone back after it was approved (this NEVER happened). Then I realised the package that he offered me did not even include data and it is A SMARPHONE???!!! I phoned AGAIN to querie this and he said he can "up" my package and the cost will increase with R10 (also promised to email me a ascreenshot confirming the amount - THIS NEVER HAPPENED). He promised that the cell will be delivered today (27/3) Yesterday I phoned in to confirm delivery and spoke to Phindy - she told me the upgrade was declined??!! I was not even contacted??!! THIS AFTER BECKY SAID EVERYTHING IS FINE?? After holding for 20 minutes I got thru to Becky and told him I WILL cancel my contract (after 10 years) if I do not get my phone. I got my phone this morning, AND ITS NOT WHITE (this was confirmed yesterday). I am still waiting for ANY confirmation about my monthly amounts.
HOW IS THIS GOING TO BE SORTED? Becky doesn't return my call??
