1st sms Your debit order for Rxx was rejected Kindly make payment! Phoned and was told I owe nothing ref 285040973. Get another sms my payment was rejected. Phoned again was told I owe nothing. 3rd sms my payment was rejected. Phoned again was told my credit card expired I must pay. I pay Rxx into Vodacom's account. Receive confirmation of payment. Received 4th sms according to arrangement payment was due please ensure sufficient funds are available... for sake Vodacom what is your problem. It took more than an hour to make a name change and filled in pages of info. Does your computer system not handle this? Then when I wanted to upgrade my 2nd phone the system was down... come back again... I stay 130km from the Vodacom shop... will you pay for petrol for a F@ckup Vodacom system. I phoned Vodacom's complaint dept. and was told we will phone you back to make arrangements for your upgrade today. Still waiting... is you system down again? The 2 shops in Somerset Mall this is the 3rd experience from the same shops... the answer never visit Vodacoms shops in the Somerset Mall
