Vodacom is a poor service provide

My account did not go off the end of the month. I went into a Vodacom shop wanting to make payment, was told I could not. Phoned customer care to find out they did not receive training on how to help the customers. After the fourth try, a lady was helpful with the banking details. I made an electronic transfer and faxed the proof of payment through to the number I was given. I thought my phoned would be reinstated by now, but with no luck. They claim they haven't received the fax for the proof of payment and asked me to email it through which I did, I phoned back as was requested only to be told that it takes an hour for turn around time to see the email. I have to phone back in a hour. I have been a loyal customer to vodacom for the last 13 years, but this is the last straw. After my contract expires I never want to deal with vodacom in my life again. Their service is very poor, people are not helpful. I am a single mom with two small children, what if I had an emergency, I could not phone. I was not told that my account will be locked, it was just switched off 16:05 before the accounts department closed and nobody could help me! Very poor service from vodacom!!!
