Hey last Thursday (21/02/2013) i drop my iphone so i when to mtn (Century city). Mt screen had deep scratches on it because of the fell. And i have the (24hourmobiity insurance) and they tald me yeah the insurance is not going to pay for in becauce its cosmetic damages. and before the fell the phone just drops the service signal in call and in certen places..so on friday the book my phone in and is sent off to the mtn repair center

so to day i call the repair center to find out the quote on my phone repair. So now i had to give my imei number so i did... they quoted me R8500 just to replace my screen..how the And i can get it done by (...other stores...) for R3500.

So now i have to wait for my phone to get send back from the repair center to mtn century city and then i can fill in the claims forms... Then the phone must be evaulated by the claims dude and if thats approved the my
(exess payment)..Just to get it out there the dude by mtn said it my acess payment is going to be R170 for the repair of my phone lets keep them to ther words other wise iam cancelling my contract...
