I handed my phone in two months ago at a CellC store for repairs under my "C Cover" insurance. The store messed-up the paperwork and never sent any of the documentation to C cover but they did send in my phone to the repair center. I've been trying on a weekly basis for them to work through the claim. We've progressed to the point where they need my IMEI number to proceed with the claim. This number is on my F09*&&^ing phone which is at their repair center so I can't give them the number. I also can't get hold of their repair center to get the number and I also can't get through to their claims department either.
Most frustrating experience of my life. I've had more than 10 40min phone calls with their customer care but nobody is willing to take responsibility. I feel like just donating my phone and telling them to F*&(K off.
Long story short - Dont ever take out "C Cover" when you hand in your phone for repairs you are literally giving it away because it will get caught up in red tape for the next 2 years.
