IPhone 5 returned without repai

On 08/02/2013 I booked my iPhone 5 for repairs after noticing the battery was draining while the phone was idle. The phone would also overheat just after 5 minutes of use. Vodacom century city performed the assessment. The phone was then sent to the advanced repair center.

After a week, I received an SMS to collect my iPhone. It didn't take long to notice the issue was not repaired. The report says the iPhone was upgraded to the latest software and that I should minimize location services and push notifications.
I'm disappointed with the service because the phone was handed in with the latest software (iOS 6.1). Minimizing location services and push notification has nothing to do with the issue raised. The battery would still drain even in flight mode. Clearly, personnel at the advanced center didn't bother to recheck the phone status after the repair. In fact, they removed the LTE settings, reduced the screen brightness, switched off location services and turned the battery percentage, probably in the hope that I'll think my phone has been fixed.
I returned the phone for repair. I want a normal working iPhone 5, if not pls give me a new phone or cancel my contract
