My contract phone damaged

Good day.

I took a contract at MTN store in randburg in january 2012. the name of the phone is sony erricson xperia 10. but it happened that my phone couldn't charge for a month and i sent it back to the mtn store in randburg and the lady from mtn store/randburg called me after 5 days of returning my phone, telling me that i can come and collect my phone because it has been fixed, but when i get there the consultant told me that they can't fix my phone which means i have to fix it for myself.

i am still angry with mtn because i am paying the phone which i'm not using.
