Cell C responded to my posting about their failure to keep to terms they proposed in settlement of a dispute last year:
"We not pleased to learn that we are back to square one with regards to the above matter. Sidefree has been on leave for the past 3 weeks, hence you will not have received a response from him.
We have escalated the matter to Ayanda and she will look into this and revert with a suitable solution. Do expect communication from her during working hours tomorrow."
Monday 7 January came and went and 5 days later still no contact whatsoever from Cell C.
No Support, No Communication, No Customer Service
This is now the end of a 9 month dragged out issue with Cell C, probably the WORST experience with any service provider in South Africa. Great products but backed by abysmal service - ONE to AVOID!!!
