TELKOM BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

I applied for a telephone line around the 16 Feb 2013 and was told that I should wait for 3 weeks for installation. I received sms stating that installation date would be 5 March 2013 but no one came and then received another sms stating that installation will be on 7th March 2013 .On the 7th March I received a call from Telkom saying that they sending a technician and I waited till he came. The technician enquired if there was a pipeline to connect our telephone so i told him to wait so i can call the landlord to enquire but the technician was very hasty to leave without checking the lines on the property, I told the technician to please wait whilst i call up the landlord to find out if there was a line installed before on the property and the landlord said there is but the technician didn't alert me that his leaving and he was leaving the property already, I tried calling him back to tell him there is a line on the property but he ignored me and drove off. I am very disappointed with telkom service and sending me an sms to tell me to wait another month before a line can be installed when there are line on the property. Can telkom please send out a techincian ASAP to Install my line.
