REcharge issue not resolved

I sent Cellc the email below but no response. CAll Centre does not answer either. I'm expecting email response and not telephonic response:
Recharge issue 0843858765. I recharged my data sim with R15. Was expecting 100mb but got 10mb. Please
explain / fix.
