100 Free Minutes Not So Free Afterall!!!

I have a top-up contract, I ran out of airtime and data so I recharged with your All-In-One voucher (100MB, 100 free minutes, 100sms) via internet banking. I then tried to make a call and was told to recharge. I didn't understand why as I had just recharged. So I called your call centre (took over 30 minutes to speak to an actual person cause of all those announcements you have while holding!). I finally got through to Lerato and she told me that your All-in-One vouchers are only for Cell C to Cell C calls, so basically I recharged for nothing cause I don't have anyone on Cell C in my phone book. You guys are ripping us off!! How can I pay to get free minutes and yet they're not really free cause I can only use them to call other Cell C users??? Nowhere do you tell us this when we buy the vouchers... this should be highlighted so we know the full terms of use as stipulated by the CPA. Now I'm stuck with 100 free minutes I cannot use and I have to recharge AGAIN so I can make calls..very nice for your bottom line, but not so great for my bank account. You guys, cant wait for this stupid contract to end..trust me, I will NOT be renewing... MNNNNXXX!!!
