NO RESPONSE TO COMPLAINT

Purchased an R89.00 Cell C recharge voucher and loaded. Although on querying, the results show that I have 200 minutes of airtime and 200Mb of data, on attempting a call or Internet access I receive a recording/web page telling me I am out of credit and must recharge!

Waited some 25 minutes on the line to their call centre with no response and eventually emailed them (3 days ago with follow up the next day and again today. No response whatsoever!
