I have called 3 days in a row to report my issue. Either could not get through to their number, or got cut off (multiple times). Asked and explained my issue with getting a message that I must recharge although I am not capped on midnight data. Have not been able to use it since I signed up for the data contract.
When I was able to get through the lines kept on cutting out.
Issues still not resolved.
I am very frustrated and disappointed.
I am paying for something that I cannot use.
