I sent Cellc the email but no proper response. They only state the obvious.
Recharge issue 0843858765. I recharged my data sim with R15. Was expecting 100mb but got 10mb. I'm expecting full report of all data recharges on this account, and explanation and full credits. Consultant tells me to dial *147# in future. When I buy data on my data sim then I expect full credit. I dont expect to convert anything. THis is false advertising. Website simply states 15c per mb no clear instructions to convert to data.
I'm expecting EMAIL response and NOT TELEPHONIC response.
