No answer call centre - waited 15 minutes

Hi

I recently called 084 145 and chose option 2 to to follow up on an order that I placed about 4 weeks ago for an iphone 5. I wanted to find out when it will arrive.

After waiting for 10 minutes I put the phone down, I phoned again and waited for 15 minutes with no response so i put the phone down again.

I really do not know what else to do.
