Cell C overcharges on Accounts!

As I was checking my Cell C account, they added a R39 charge to a subscription I never asked for. After contacting the Call Center (waiting a decent amount of time) they promised to remove the service that was not requested, and repay me the outstanding amount. A month passed, and when the next account came the service was not removed, and another charge was added. I called them again, and the same story. I went to the branch in Somerset West today to see them face to face, and was promised that it will be sorted out. I strongly doubt this. I have only had bad experiences with Cell C. Their customer support takes ages, and they clearly (after 3 months of struggling!) do not care about they're customers, as they promise.
