Cell C

Cell C added a service to my account without my premission and they expect me to pay for the service? I was not notified that the BIS has to be added as an extra on the line to actually use the service. My account is R150.00 per month. Then with the airtime that is received I purchased the BIS service. No where did I agree to have the service added on to my account. The only way I found out that the service was added to the line was by having my line locked due to the account been in the arrears? I pay R150.00 per month and that is what I agreed to. This is. I will not pay for the service that was added on the line without my premission. I want that amount written off with immediate effect. I cant help it if Cell C does not send me any accounts via post or email and they do not bother contacting their clients for premission before adding the service. I will only purchase the BIS with the airtime that I receive on a monthly basis. This is what I signed up for and it is a 24 month contract. If you cannot fulfil my request cancel the contract with no penalties, this is a breach of contract.
