I am extremely disappointed at the way my account has been handled. I have contacted CellC customer services on 10 March 2013, at 11:25am to inquire what amount will be debited off my account in March 2013. I was told that the total amount was R900 sum change. This is definitely incorrect as the total cost without call charges for each of my 3 numbers 074 3293 117 / 074 6066 822 / 084 563 2514 should only be R565. I was told that I have cell cover and some other charge, however the cell cover was on the data contract. How can you have cell cover on a data contract??? Furthermore, I never requested any additional services to be added to my account. Cell C needs to sort this out before the Debit order goes through since this is their problem and not mine. I will stop payment of my cell C account for March 2013 if this error is not rectified.
