Seriously can't deal with Cell C anymore!
I was promised a call back and have sent 2 emails and still NOTHING!
It's inexcusable that my line is suspended!
I changed the debit order on my account and nobody told me that the changes will only take effect as of the end of the net month. If that is what I was told then I would have requested that Cell C take off both the outstanding amount and the amount for the next month off my account.
To make matters worse, when I called to the call centre to get this matter sorted, I was put on SPEAKER for the rest of the world to hear. If that is the kind of service that I get from a place where your information and queries are supposed to be confidential then I would rather cancel my contract and go to another service provider because this is NOT what I pay for!!
