No wonder telkom is retrenching people, they simply do not work.
I have tried for the last hour to get through to telkom accounts department to get a bill, no one answer you hold on for 15 - 20 minutes no luck, how can you get through to telkom to get some service???
This is very frustrating
I have registered on the telkom website, but can not get further than the create an account as the website does not accept our ck number, what is the use???
