For the last six months my cell c number is off I don't use it but I get charge for calls I did not make and since December I get over charge for a account witch must only be R145 a month. How many times I went to Cell C Greenacres service centre with bank statements for inquiries and every time they promise to look into it & get back to me and I'm still waiting! Once again I made NO calls in the last six months but this month again I get charge R342.99! Please explain to me!!! I am fedup with this because I'm getting charged for something I did not use.
