Hallow Peter, I'm faced with a battle I cant solve on my own. I had a Telkom landline which I cancelled in December 2012, upon cancellation at the Festival Mall the arrangement was that the final bill will be emailed to me at [Email Removed] I have not received any communication from Telkom unless I visit the branch. Last month (February) I started receiving calls and messages from the attorneys (VVM) that my account was handed over to them, and as a result I'm listed on the ITC. When I recently applied for a car finance last week Friday the 22 March I was told that I do not qualify because of the Telkom account that I'm owing. I find this to be very unprofessional and negligent.. VVM then requested me to send an affidavit which I faxed on the 23 march 2013. To follow up I contacted Telkom yesterday 25 March 2013 and the agent said she has escalated the matter to her supervisor. I'm impatiently awaiting feedback as this has cost me a huge inconvenience including cash for calls and transport. I never want to be part of the Telkom WORLD. IT...
