Adding services without your consent

Elite mobile contacted me to upgrade my data contract. The call centre agent ask if I would be interested in lifestyle products, which i did not want and confirmed that I do not want the products. She added all the products and the debit orders was debited off my bank account. I phoned and phoned, but no refund yet. the call centre advised that I should phone all the relevant departments and try to get my money back. THIS IS AND TAKING MONEY OUT OF MY BANK ACCOUNT WITH OUT MY PERMISSION.
I WILL NEVER EVER AGAIN DO A UPGRADE WITH ELITE MOBILE.
