Received an sms ex Vodacom on March 7 at 17:59 advising of my eligibility to partake in Power Hour promo.
Try to activate 07:00 on Sunday March 10 - no result.
Contact call centre to be told Vodacom is experiencing server problems. Promo might be available following weekend.
Contact call centre Friday March 15 and is assured promo will be active over the weekend.
Try to activate 07:00 Sunday March 17 - no result.
Immediate contact call centre again and receive 3 sms's in response:
1. SR created with ref # A5-ZCTR-OD15N at 07:21
2. Your service request has been logged. We will contact you within 24 hours. (07:23)
3. Your query has been handed to our billing department for further assistance - Maahier Davids (07:34)
Monday 12:30 (29 hours) still no response.
Monday 12:44 sms ex Vodacom - please rate us on the service you received!!!

Then this:

Dear Francois Huysamen
Thank you for your e-mail.
Our telephonic conversation today on 0761762475 at 12:55 refers.
As discussed, kindly be advised that your query has been resolved as per our Prepaid Division.

One week later, still not resolved.
