“ PLEASE ACTIVATE MASTER ACCOUNT “ So Difficult "

On the 28th 02, I called the call centre to request my"Master Account"Be Reactivated as it was before. She advised me to apply for"Voda Manage"to be activated. I did as she requested. I received an e-mail "minimum 5 active lines". I mailed Vodacom stating we only have 3 lines."Your reference number is: EC-ZHL0-1FYIF5"I received sms with reference S3-TJH8T-TASW on the 1stof March. On the 4thI received sms"received company letterhead without ID copy, to activate 082... as a Master Number. Katleho Mono". I faxed another request on a letterhead&my ID copy. On the 5tha sms "Your service request A1-NTCS-B2R1W9 has been logged, we will contact within 24h. Then another "your fax to Vodacom has been received, Ref A1-NTCS-B2R1W9. Hamilton Sibiya". Then another on the 6th "be advised we are attending to your query, Batseba Moholo"another sms"Please be advised your query has been handed to IT to activate the master account. Batseba Moholo". The 8th I called, system status"Pending"Call this morning (11th March) The Lady was not helpful, I explained this whole situation nicely, the next thing I hear, "Please rate our service before this call is ended"so she just put the phone down
