Poor service and no Feedback

On the 22 March I was advised by Garreth that an outstanding query (for over a month) will be dealt with by arranging a department from vodacom to contact me on the 25 march 2013 and he would follow up with me on the 27 march 2013 regarding my query. To date no one has contacted me and the query is now over a month and has still not being resolved... as per reference number S3-SH66S-S767. I am transferred from one department to the other and every Vodacom person says the fault is not department and closes the query. This is really poor service and causes unnecessary frustration. I currently have 3 contracts with Vodacom and have cancelled one... cant wait for the next 2...
